Oshana Watkins, Executive Director, Wake Enterprises
Imperium Executives came to us when they acquired an organization called Wake Enterprises. They noticed a young leader in the organization named Oshana Watkins, who they believed would make a great new director. They needed us to help prepare her for the difficult task of leading the organization through a significant transition while implementing changes to programs based on new regulations.
Despite these challenges, and having never been in an executive director role before, Oshana rose to her new responsibilities with excellence.
